"Winning the Game Before it Starts"
There are 2-3 million new people each year entering golf- registering handicaps.
There are also 2 million people leaving the game each year. The National Golf Foundation research indicates that one of the main reasons people leave is due to golf injuries.
Fact:
70% of golfers at all levels experience back pain which hampers golf performance
Reason:
For professional golfers it is attributed to overuse injury, but for the non-professional golfer 9 times out of10 it's due to faulty swing mechanics which are attributed to lack of flexibility and core strength

The ability to learn and execute a good quality golf swing is 100% contingent upon the physical body’s capacity to apply the technique. Using the principles of the Pilates method, Golf Fit will help you loosen what is tight and strengthen what is weak so that your body can serve you both on the course and in your everyday life. Participating in a Golf Fit program will strengthen your core muscles, increase your flexibility and stability and in time realign your posture back to the way it can and should be.
Our 15 point biomechanical analysis identifies the areas you need to work on to set you up for a perfect swing. Tests of your flexibility, strength, balance, alignment and posture are measured and photographed. A custom program can then be designed that will give you your best possible result. Golf fit conditioning takes place on both the mat and on the pilates apparatus.
The Golf Fit program is designed to keep your body strong and flexible both on the course and off. Using the method and equipment that Joseph Pilates developed in the 1920's, your Golf Fit instructor will help you rebalance your muscles so that they are not pulling too much in one direction or the other and in the process build strength, from the inside out.
