About The Instructor

 Instructor Judy Frederick has over 800 hours of education and experience with the Pilates method.  Additionally, she is certified by the American Council of Exercise as a group Fitness Instructor. She has a BS in Health Promotion and Wellness from the Exercise and Sports Science Department at the University of North Carolina – Greensboro.  Judy has double Pilates for Golf certifications and has worked with both the men's and women's golf teams at UNCG for the past 4 years.  Her main interest and focus is breaking down the biomechanics of athletics. Working in the Athletic Department at UNC-G for the past several years has given her a multitude of experiences with athletes both in a rehab setting as well as with sport specific strength and conditioning. She is available for both private and semi private sessions, clinics and workshops.
